When you send a flight request we receive the details you typed into the form:

• Departure and arrival airport, dates and approximate times
• Number of passengers and any aircraft preference
• Anything you wrote in the notes field
• Your name, email address and phone number
• The page the request was sent from

The empty-leg form collects only an email address. Nothing else is collected automatically, and the site does not ask you to create an account.

To answer your request and, if you go ahead, to arrange the flight. That includes passing the details necessary for the flight to the air carrier operating it and to the ground handling agents at each airport.

The legal basis is the steps taken at your request before entering into a contract, and our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries sent to us.

• Resend — the service that delivers the email carrying your request. It processes the message in transit on our behalf.
• Vercel — the hosting platform serving this website. It records standard server logs, including IP addresses, for security and abuse prevention.
• The operating air carrier and its handling agents — but only for a flight you decide to go ahead with, and only the details the flight requires.

We do not sell your details and we do not share them for marketing.

We measure which pages and which routes people look at, and how far people get in the request form. The analytics we use records aggregate events, not individuals, and does not follow you across other websites.

You can ask for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to ops@dubrovnikaircharter.com and say what you would like done.

If you are unhappy with how we have handled your data you can complain to the Croatian Personal Data Protection Agency (AZOP).
