Dubrovnik Air Charter arranges charter flights. We take your request, identify aircraft that fit the route, the date and the group, and present the options to you. When you accept one, we arrange that flight on your behalf.

We do not hold an Air Operator Certificate and we are not an air carrier. We do not own, operate or crew aircraft.

Every flight arranged through us is operated by an air carrier holding a valid EASA Air Operator Certificate, or the equivalent certification for the state in which it is established. The operating carrier is named to you before you confirm a flight.

The operating carrier is solely responsible for the conduct of the flight, including the aircraft, the crew, airworthiness, insurance, and every operational decision taken before and during the flight.

The contract of carriage is between you and the operating carrier. That carrier’s conditions of carriage apply to your flight and are made available to you before departure.

Liability for carriage by air — including in respect of passengers, baggage, delay and cancellation — rests with the operating carrier and is governed by that carrier’s conditions of carriage together with the applicable international conventions and EU law.

Our own responsibility is limited to arranging the flight with reasonable care and skill, and to passing accurate information between you and the operating carrier.

A quote is valid for the period stated on it. Aircraft availability changes continuously, and a quote is not a reservation until it is confirmed in writing and any payment condition stated on it has been met.

Flight times shown on this website are estimates calculated from typical cruise speeds. They are not a schedule and do not form part of any quote.

Payment terms — the amount, the currency, the due date and the method — are stated on the quote you receive, before you confirm anything. No payment is required to receive options.

Cancellation and change terms are set by the operating carrier for each individual flight and are stated on the quote before you confirm. They vary by aircraft, by operator and by how close to departure the change is made.

If you need to change a confirmed flight, tell us as early as you can. Early notice usually widens what is possible and reduces what it costs.

The decision to depart, to divert, to delay or to cancel a flight rests entirely with the commander of the aircraft and the operating carrier. That decision is taken on operational and safety grounds and cannot be overridden by us or by you.

Where a flight cannot proceed as planned, we will work with the operating carrier to find an alternative — a different departure time, a different airport, or another day. Any resulting cost consequences follow the operating carrier’s conditions of carriage.

Passengers are responsible for holding valid travel documents for the route flown, including passports and any visa required, and for the documentation of any animal travelling with them. We will tell you what a route requires where we can, but the obligation to hold the documents remains yours.
